Our Charity Shoot was a great success. We had a lot of toys donated and a big thank goes to Charlie Hughes for taking the donated toys to the Mesquite Social Services this year. The Executive Director of the Mesquite Social Services called to thank us so much for our donated toys and gift cards.
They typically have 700 children and this year they have over 1000 and our donation will certainly help to put a smile on some faces. I also want to thank you for your participation as without you the Charity Shoot would not be the success it is. We wish you a safe and happy holiday season and look forward to our Archery season in 2009. |
In Memory Of:
In 2008 we lost two more close members of the Texas Archery community as well as close friends of IBA. Mark 'Stubby' Stubblefield and Earl Johnson, husband of Betty Johnson. Both Mark and Earl passed away in 2008 and they are already deeply missed.
Please keep their families in your thoughts and prayers and know that their spirits still remain with us as they loved IBA and the sport of archery.

Broadheads on Range
There are no broadheads allowed on the 3d range, on any of the 3d targets. Also please remember that your IBA membership Does Not include access to hunt the wildlife out at the range. Doing so will result in you loosing your membership. |

Checks will no longer be accepted from non-IBA members for tournament entry fee -- due to bad checks.
We pay out cash, we need to accept cash on 3-D. On field, trophies are provided. |
IBA the Beautiful
PLEASE take care of our range. We have a beautiful range and there seem to be little papers, batteries, cigarette butts, water bottles and etc along the trails. Leave the range cleaner than you found it. Please help pick up any trash you may see on the range and report any bad bales or hazards along our trails. Help keep this range one of the best, if not the best outdoor range in Texas! |
